Job summary

Cotti Foods Maintenance Inc is seeking an HVAC-R Technician to provide day-to-day maintenance for Wendy's and Taco Bell restaurants in the San Diego area. The role covers equipment, electrical systems, heating, HVAC/Refrigeration, plumbing, and more.

Responsibilities include scheduling, estimating repair time and costs, diagnosing malfunctions, and performing preventative maintenance with safety and efficiency in mind.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in equipment repairs or service industry preferred.
• EPA Type II License and/or EPA Universal Certification preferred.
• Proficient with reading manuals, schematics, and plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop a work schedule to minimize impact on operations.
• Estimate time and cost of repairs and equipment.
• Inspect and diagnose malfunctions in restaurant equipment.
• Prioritize and complete repairs in a timely fashion.
• Repair and perform preventative maintenance on restaurant equipment, electrical and HVAC systems.
