Job summary

Whiplash Holdings LLC is seeking an energetic Shift Leader for our Colorado restaurants in a fast-paced, quick service setting. You will oversee daily operations, ensure service quality, and lead the team to success while upholding food safety standards.

This role involves training staff, managing shift schedules, handling inventory, and using Aloha POS or Micros POS. You will create a welcoming dining experience and contribute to budgeting and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service management or supervisory roles in quick service or casual dining.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety regulations.
• Hands-on experience with POS systems (Aloha POS or Micros POS) and cash handling.
• Demonstrated leadership and prior supervising or team management experience.
• Excellent customer service and ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
• Ability to train staff in food handling, safety procedures and operational standards.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking during busy shifts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service management or supervisory roles within quick service or casual dining restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety regulations.
• Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling skills are essential.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with previous supervising or team management experience.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
• Ability to train staff effectively in food handling, safety procedures, and operational standards.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy shifts.
