Job summary

Wingstop is hiring a restaurant cashier at our Homewood, AL location. You will greet guests within 3-5 seconds, answer calls, take accurate orders, and deliver completed orders with a smile.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and positive attitude in guest interactions
• Proven ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
• Must be 18 years or older and able to handle alcohol-service requirements
• Reliable transportation to and from shifts
• Strong guest service mindset with a smile and helpful demeanor
• Well organized and detail oriented with good time management
• Willingness to learn and improve continuously
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining guest focus

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest when they arrive within 3-5 seconds
• Answer the phone and take accurate orders
• Deliver completed orders to guests with a positive attitude
• Represent Wingstop's culture and mission to Serve the World Flavor
• Greet guests in a timely manner and assist with inquiries
• Assist other positions as needed and support team needs
• Follow cash handling and POS procedures
• Support upselling to enhance guest experience
