• Answer the phone, take accurate orders, and ensure completed orders are delivered with a smile
• Represent the culture and mission of Wingstop to serve the world flavor
• Manage guest issues or complaints and ensure safety and sanitation compliance
• Assist other positions when necessary and support team operations
• Follow cash handling procedures and accurately ring in sales through the POS system
• Encourage add-on sales to enhance guest experience
