Papa John's International is seeking a Financial Analyst to shape growth and capital investment decisions across the restaurant portfolio. You will partner with Development, Operations, and Finance to evaluate how and where to invest—from new restaurants to remodels and portfolio optimization.

The role emphasizes connecting financial performance with operational data and investment strategy, turning analysis into actionable recommendations for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, corporate development, or multi-unit retail/QSR environments.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex financial and operational data into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools preferred (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL).

Responsibilities

• Build financial models and business cases for new restaurants, acquisitions, relocations, remodels, market expansion, and other capital investments.
• Evaluate investment opportunities using ROI, NPV, IRR, payback, sensitivity analysis, and scenario modeling.
• Analyze restaurant performance across regions, markets, trade areas, formats, and investment levels to identify drivers of returns.
• Turn historical performance into benchmarks and forward-looking insights to improve future decisions.
• Support M&A and portfolio optimization through due diligence, valuation, and scenario analysis.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and analytical tools for leadership visibility into performance and investment returns.
• Support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), quarterly forecasting, long-range planning, and related financial analysis.
