Papa John's USA, Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst to shape growth and capital investment decisions across the restaurant portfolio.

You will partner with Development, Operations, and Finance leadership to evaluate new restaurants, remodels, relocations, acquisitions, and portfolio optimization, turning data into clear recommendations. The role requires strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills with experience in BI tools and data visualization.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, or related multi-unit retail/QSR experience.
• Strong modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities; translate data to insights.

Mansioni

• Build financial models and business cases for capital investments and expansions.
• Evaluate ROI, NPV, IRR, and scenario analyses to guide leadership decisions.
• Analyze performance across regions and formats to identify drivers of returns.
• Develop dashboards and tools for leadership visibility into investments.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities.
