Job summary

You will build models for new restaurants, acquisitions, remodels and market expansion, and translate data into clear recommendations for leadership. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in FP&A or corporate development, strong modeling and BI tool experience (Power BI, Tableau, SQL).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate development, or multi-unit retail/QSR environments.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex financial and operational data into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools preferred (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Build financial models and business cases for capital investments such as new restaurants, acquisitions, relocations, remodels, market expansion.
• Evaluate opportunities using ROI, NPV, IRR, payback, sensitivity analysis, and scenario modeling.
• Analyze restaurant performance across regions and formats to identify drivers of returns.
• Turn historical performance into benchmarks and forward-looking insights.
• Support due diligence, valuation, scenario modeling, and performance analysis for M&A and portfolio optimization.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and analytical tools for leadership visibility into performance and returns.
