PopStroke is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the Operating Partner and Assistant Operating Partner in supervising daily operations of our restaurant and golf operations. They assist with employee selection and development, inventory and ordering, and deliver a positive guest experience. The Restaurant Manager reports to the Operating Partner.

Salary: $55k- $65k. A BS in hotel/restaurant management and ServSafe certification are preferred, with at least 3 years of high-volume restaurant

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in hotel/restaurant management is desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years of Restaurant Management/Supervision in a high-volume environment.
• Must be ServSafe certified.

Responsabilités

• Support the Operating Partner and Assistant Operating Partner in ensuring that the restaurant and golf operations meet service, sales, and profit objectives and supervise and direct staff in daily work activities.
• Provide a professional image of PopStroke to promote its Best in Class philosophy.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and run shifts as needed.
• Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs.
• Provide training to ensure team members perform at the highest level for exceptional guest experience.
• Respond to complaints and turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
• Assist with hiring, supervision, and termination of employees.
• Conduct orientation and explain PopStroke philosophy; assist with training of new employees.
