Job summary

PopStroke is a founder-led brand delivering hospitality with energy and culture. We seek an Operating Partner to run daily restaurant and golf operations in Gilbert, AZ, overseeing hiring, training, inventory, and guest service to drive profitability and uphold high standards across food, beverage, and golf services.

Reporting to the VP of US Operations, you will lead a hands-on team, enforce ServSafe guidelines, manage costs, and maintain safety.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; Bachelor of Science in hotel/restaurant management desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Outlook Calendar.
• Minimum 7 years of management experience in a high-volume hospitality/entertainment/restaurant environment.
• Proficient in restaurant functions: food planning/prep, purchasing, sanitation, and personnel management.
• Proficient in golf operations: maintenance of PopStroke Greens courses and staffing.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all areas of the venue and make final decisions on matters of importance.
• Adhere to cost controls to maximize profits across food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor costs.
• Ensure proper security procedures to protect employees, guests, and assets.
• Manage shifts, scheduling, and planning while upholding standards.
• Provide direction to employees on operational issues and oversee training.
• Maintain a strong local community presence through engagement with golf and restaurant teams.
