PopStroke is seeking an Operating Partner to lead the daily operations of the restaurant and golf services, oversee all food, beverage, and golf activities, manage inventory and purchasing, optimize profits, and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction across the venue.

Reporting to the VP of US Operations, you will supervise staff, schedule shifts, control costs, enforce ServSafe guidelines, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and service on PopStroke Greens courses and in the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; BS in hotel/restaurant management desirable.
• Minimum 7 years of management experience in a high-volume hospitality environment.
• Proficient in restaurant functions including planning, procurement, sanitation, and staffing.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage all areas of the venue and make final decisions on matters of importance.
• Adhere to standards to increase sales and minimize costs across food, beverage, supply, and labor.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local laws and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain high-quality food preparation and service; uphold presentation standards.
• Supervise scheduling, staffing plans, and performance evaluations.
