Job summary

PopStroke is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Scottsdale to supervise daily restaurant and golf operations under the Operating Partner. You will assist in hiring, training, inventory, and ensuring a top-tier guest experience across dining and golf facilities.

You will lead shifts, uphold ServSafe guidelines, and manage costs while maintaining high service standards. Eligible to work in the United States and able to drive, you will champion PopStroke’s fun and energetic culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in hotel/restaurant management preferred; practical experience considered as alternative.
• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management/supervision in a high-volume setting.
• ServSafe certification and strong leadership are expected.

Responsibilities

• Support Operating Partner in supervising restaurant and golf operations daily.
• Lead staff scheduling and service to meet sales and profit goals.
• Provide professional image and promote PopStroke's philosophy.
• Open/close procedures; assist with shift service as needed.
• Control costs: food, beverage, supplies, and labor while maintaining quality.
• Train staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences and handle complaints.
• Hire, supervise, and, if needed, terminate employees with guidance from leadership.
• Onboard new employees and reinforce PopStroke culture and standards.
• Offer ongoing feedback and assist with performance reviews.
• Coordinate inventory, purchasing, and provisioning of supplies.
• Maintain sanitary practices and safety across facilities and golf areas.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and safety standards during shifts.
• Maintain professional appearance and uphold uniform standards throughout the property.
• Keep Operating Partner informed of issues and propose corrective actions.
• Foster positive relations among staff for high morale and productivity.
