Taco Bell Restaurant General Manager Trainee (RGMT) oversees the operation of the entire restaurant and leads a team to deliver great food and a friendly experience. You will recruit and develop Team Members and Shift Managers, conduct new hire orientation, and design training plans for new hires.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must pass background check.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Reliable private transportation.
• At least 3 years of General Management food service experience. Fast Food experience is a plus.
• Business math & accounting skills.
• Strong analytical/ decision-making skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Able to work a varied schedule including late nights and weekends.

Responsibilities
