Job summary

Charter Foods is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for its Taco Bell location. You will lead the restaurant team, set the tone for customer service, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities include hiring, onboarding and training, scheduling, addressing performance issues, and managing budgets and financial plans to drive profitability. The successful candidate will show strong leadership, communication, and a passion for excellence, with 1-3 years in supervision and a readiness

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills with strong analytical/decision-making abilities.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and stoop during 80% of shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate the entire restaurant and build a high-performing team delivering great food and hospitality.
• Hire, onboard and train employees; conduct new-hire orientation and execute training plans.
• Schedule staff and deploy the team; address performance issues and customer concerns.
• Manage restaurant budget and financial plans to drive profitability; adapt to changing needs.
