Job summary

Charter Foods operates a Taco Bell restaurant in New Castle, PA, seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the team and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will recruit and develop staff, supervise daily operations, manage budgets, and ensure exceptional food quality and service. This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a commitment to growth within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 80% of shift time.
• Competitive spirit and passion for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team delivering great food and hospitality.
• Find, hire and develop employees; conduct new hire orientation and train each new hire.
• Schedule and deploy the team, address performance issues and resolve customer concerns.
• Manage the restaurant budget and financial plans; maintain operational standards.
• Lead with strong communication, develop staff and foster a positive attitude for growth.
