Job summary

Buona is seeking a GMIT to develop future General Managers and create a pathway to ownership through the Managing Partner Program. The role emphasizes leadership development, sales growth, and operational excellence at the Bolingbrook unit.

You will lead teams, manage budgets, supervise hiring and training, and implement marketing plans while controlling expenses. This is a clear route to senior leadership within the organization.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead 10+ team members per shift.
• Work with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant practices, concepts, and procedures.
• Strong administrative, multi-tasking, organizational, and prioritizing skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets.
• Recognize all revenue areas & development strategies to impact sales.
• Enforce and execute advertising and marketing plans, and HR and training materials.
• Manage and control direct expenses.
• Direct labor, food cost variances, repairs, and other direct expenses.
• Selection, retention, supervision, and training of all employees.
• Conduct quarterly reviews.
• Adhere to established training programs.
• Determine advancement/termination.
• Develop employees into shift managers.
• Provide guidance to our talented & motivated team and lead them toward success.
