Beyond Catering is seeking an ambitious GMIT to develop future General Managers and guide the Managing Partner Program. You will mentor and empower a growing team while shaping leadership within our organization.

The role focuses on driving sales, managing costs, and building strong operations across shifts. You will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a clear path to ownership through the program and long-term leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading 10+ team members per shift.
• Experience with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting.
• Solid knowledge of restaurant practices and procedures.
• Strong administrative, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Achieve sales targets
• Identify revenue areas and development strategies to boost sales
• Implement advertising, marketing plans, HR and training materials
• Manage and control direct expenses
• Oversee labor, food cost variances, repairs, and discounts
• Recruit, retain, supervise, and train all employees
• Conduct quarterly reviews
• Adhere to established training programs
• Determine advancement or termination decisions
• Develop employees into shift managers
• Provide guidance to the team and lead toward success
• Support the balanced corporate structure and family culture
• Enforce policies, procedures, and controls
