The role emphasizes leading a sizable shifts team, driving sales growth, and implementing comprehensive operational strategies.

Qualifications

• Leadership of large teams across shifts
• Strong budgeting, payroll and revenue forecasting knowledge
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage costs

Responsabilités

• Achieve sales targets
• Recognize revenue areas and development strategies
• Enforce and execute advertising, marketing, HR and training materials
• Manage and control direct expenses
• Direct labor, food cost variances, repairs and maintenance, discounts
• Selection, retention, supervision, and training of all employees
• Conduct quarterly reviews
• Adhere to training programs
• Determine advancement/termination
• Develop employees into shift managers
• Provide guidance to the team and lead towards success
