Beyond Catering in Illinois is seeking a GMIT to develop future General Managers — and for high performers, our Managing Partner Program creates a pathway to deeper ownership, profit-sharing, and long-term leadership within the Buona organization.

You will lead 10+ team members per shift, drive sales targets, manage budgets, payroll, and expenses, and implement advertising and marketing plans while maintaining policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Leader who can manage a 10+ person shift
• Experience with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting
• Strong knowledge of restaurant practices, concepts, and procedures
• Excellent administrative, multi-tasking, organizational, and prioritizing skills
• Strong leadership and communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets
• Recognize all revenue areas & development strategies to impact sales
• Enforce and execute advertising and marketing plans, and HR and training materials
• Manage and control direct expenses
• Direct labor, food cost variances, repairs and maintenance, discounts, and other direct expenses
• Selection, retention, supervision, and training of all employees
• Conduct quarterly reviews
• Adhere to established training programs
• Determine advancement/termination
• Develop employees into shift managers
• Provide guidance to our talented & motivated team and lead them toward success

• Enforce policies, procedures, and controls
