Nbutexas Restaurant Group is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead operations in the Orlando/Tampa market. This role offers a clear path to Managing Partner through strong performance and leadership while delivering guest-focused service.

You will drive hospitality standards, financial results, and team development. You will manage both BOH and FOH, mentor staff, and ensure safety and compliance, with a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven back-of-house as a kitchen manager and front-of-house as a general manager
• Stable employment history, demonstrating loyalty and tenure of 2-3 years in GM roles
• Strong commitment to hospitality standards and guest engagement
• Ability to execute a 100% table touch program and foster deep guest relationships
• Demonstrated operational leadership, accountability, and discipline
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, allergen controls, and regulatory compliance
• Experience in enforcing safe food handling practices
• Willingness and ability to work in the entire Orlando or Tampa markets

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead both BOH and FOH operations to uphold and exceed hospitality standards
• Build lasting guest relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business
• Own all aspects of financial management, including P&L, labor and food cost control, and inventory
• Train, develop, and mentor team members for high performance and advancement
• Adapt operations, staffing, and marketing to fit unique market needs
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and HR regulations while maintaining a positive team culture
