Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive warm, welcoming hospitality and exceed expectations.
• Understand and enforce company policies, standards and training.
• Achieve objectives in sales, service, quality, facility appearance and sanitation.
• Develop hourly and management staff through training and coaching.
• Make staffing decisions in line with guidelines and approvals.
• Prepare paperwork, reports, and schedules in a timely manner.
• Oversee performance reviews and ensure policy compliance.
• Administer consistent corrective actions for policy violations.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and regular leadership sessions.
• Coordinate menus and operation hours across delivery platforms.
• Oversee DOH compliance and safe work practices.
• Understand costing, pricing, and sales goals for the restaurant and take-out.
