Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in food service, retail, or restaurants.
• Manager Food Handler Certification required.
• Strong customer service and operations leadership.
• Willing to work weekends and nights.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and schedule team members with District Manager.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline staff with HR partner.
• Set job expectations, monitor performance and enforce policies.
• Communicate with District Manager on operational issues.
• Inspect restaurant operations to meet standards.
• Track inventory and ensure accurate records.
• Resolve food prep issues and handle customer service concerns.
• Enforce sanitation and safety standards.
