Wingstop is seeking a General Manager to lead and drive the operation of an assigned National Franchised Restaurant. You will inspire teams, manage budgets, and execute standards to deliver superior service and food quality.

This role emphasizes leadership, compliance with policies, and financial accountability. You will recruit, train and coach staff, build brand equity, and maximize profitability through strong systems, processes, and community engagement.
