You will oversee daily operations, coach Team Members, comply with safety and quality standards, manage scheduling and costs, and drive guest satisfaction through fast, accurate service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management role, expect ~50 hours per week.
