Job summary

Border Foods LLC is seeking a General Manager to oversee the full operation of the restaurant and build a strong, capable team. You will uphold CORE values, drive profitability, hire and train staff, and ensure outstanding guest experiences through safe, friendly, and efficient service.

The role requires flexible hours, a minimum 50 hours per week, SaveSafe certification, and a driver’s license. Excellent growth opportunities and a supportive culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Exempt management position; minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Operate the entire restaurant and build a strong team delivering great food and a friendly experience.
