Job summary

Border Foods LLC is seeking a General Manager to reinforce CORE values and lead the operation of the entire restaurant. You will build a strong team that delivers great food and a friendly guest experience while upholding accountability, integrity, family, excellence, teamwork and empowerment.

The role requires leadership across shifts, focus on safety, and driving profitability through strategic planning, hiring, and development of team members. Competitive pay with bonus potential is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Exempt management position; minimum 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team that delivers great food and a friendly experience.
• Lead and develop Team Members to uphold Border Foods core values (Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork, Empowerment).
• Ensure health and safety standards and compliance with all laws and guidelines.
• Manage scheduling, labor costs, and performance to maximize profitability while maintaining guest satisfaction.
