You will oversee scheduling, P&L control, sales forecasting, recruiting, and training; you’ll ensure speed of service, food safety, and exceptional guest service across lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts.

Qualifikationen

• Previous restaurant management experience with scheduling, P&L, food safety, and recruiting.
• Marketing and sales drive—fundraisers, community engagement, etc.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, guest-focused operation and develop talent.

• Be guest obsessed – uphold standards of hospitality and excellence
• Ensure speed of service, accuracy, and guest satisfaction
• Oversee full employee lifecycle including recruitment and performance management
• Train and develop crew, shift leads, and Apprentices using Chipotle tools
• Direct team to deliver accurate and on-time digital orders
• Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, P&L, and sales forecasting
• Maintain clean dining room and uphold food safety standards
• Be accountable for financial success and annual sales/cash flow goals
• Schedule across lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts to cover all hours
