Job summary

LV Petroleum LLC is seeking a General Manager for a fast casual A&W restaurant in Kansas. The GM will lead all restaurant operations, focus on guest experience, and develop the team while maintaining standards.

Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, budgeting, compliance with safety standards, and financial oversight. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on management, and the ability to work long hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree in business or hospitality a plus.
• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (quick service or fast casual preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and scheduling software.
• Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work long hours on feet as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead all restaurant operations with a guest-focused culture.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff; provide coaching and evaluations.
• Create schedules aligned with labor targets and service needs.
• Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service; handle guest concerns.
• Oversee opening/closing, food safety, sanitation, and facility upkeep.
• Monitor costs, analyze sales, and implement improvements; manage inventory and ordering; process payroll and cash handling.
