Shake Shack Miami Beach is seeking a seasoned Restaurant General Manager to lead and coach a high‑performing team. You’ll oversee operations, inventory, quality and safety protocols, and drive profitability while delivering the distinctive hospitality Shake Shack is known for.

You’ll manage payroll and scheduling, champion guest experiences, and implement company policies to ensure compliance with health codes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management experience in a high‑volume environment.
• Knowledge of personnel management, food planning, sanitation, health codes, and security.
• Ability to train others on Shack operations and hospitality standards.
• Strong leadership with coaching and excellence focus; ability to motivate teams.
• Financial understanding of business operations; 3+ years of P&L responsibility.
• Food handler certification preferred; willingness to work flexible hours.
