Border Foods LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and model CORE values. You will build and coach a high-performing team, manage scheduling and safety, and ensure quality food and service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Must be at least 18 years of age; valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• ServeSafe Certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee entire restaurant operations and build a strong team delivering great food and a friendly experience.
• Reinforce Border Foods CORE values in daily leadership and decisions.
• Schedule and deploy team; monitor performance and accountability.
• Ensure health and safety standards; comply with laws and guidelines.
• Maintain POS system, report failures, and verify pricing updates.
• Lead coaching and development; handle customer complaints effectively.
• Drive cost control: labor, inventory, and waste management.
