Border Foods LLC in Cheyenne, WY is hiring a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, reinforce our Core Values, and create a welcoming, safety‑driven guest experience. Owning the P&L, staffing, training, and delivering consistent, high‑quality food with fast, friendly service will be your focus.

Qualifications

Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience.
Experience with sales, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
ServeSafe Certified; 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Lead the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
Oversee guest experience, food quality, and service pace.
Manage staffing, training plans, and performance coaching.
Ensure health, safety, and cash handling procedures are followed.
