Diversified Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager for a Taco Bell restaurant in Missouri to drive profitability and lead a high-performing team. You will recruit, train and mentor staff while ensuring consistent, high-quality food and service in a fast-paced environment.

The GM oversees daily operations, enforces standards, and partners with area leadership to maintain excellent financial results, guest satisfaction and a safe, welcoming workplace.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 2 years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Must read, speak and write English.
• Must pass the SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam.
• Average 45-hour work week with nights, weekends and holidays.
