Qualifications

• Must have 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and analytical/decision-making skills.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and stoop for 80% of shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team delivering great food and friendly hospitality.
• Hire, develop, and train employees; conduct new hire orientation and training.
• Schedule and deploy the team; address performance issues and resolve customer concerns.
• Manage the restaurant budget and financial plans; demonstrate leadership and communication.
• Foster people development and a positive workplace culture.
