Charter Foods' Taco Bell is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead the restaurant team and set the tone for hospitality and service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will hire and develop staff, conduct orientation and training, schedule effectively, address performance issues, manage the budget, and ensure guest satisfaction with great food and a friendly guest experience. A 50-hour work week and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• High School Diploma or GED; preferred but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs for 80% of shift time.
• Competitive spirit and passion for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and lead the TEAM to deliver great food and friendly service.
• Find, hire and develop employees; conduct new hire orientation and training.
• Schedule and deploy the Team effectively; address performance issues.
• Assist in resolving customer issues and manage the restaurant budget and financial plans.
