Charter Foods is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a Taco Bell location and build a high-performing team. You will hire and develop staff, implement training plans for new hires, and schedule the TEAM to optimize service, quality, and customer experience.

The role requires strong leadership, communication and a focus on delivering excellent hospitality while managing budgets and store performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to motivate and mentor staff.
