Charter Foods is seeking a General Manager to lead the Taco Bell restaurant in Lambertville, MI, delivering great food and a friendly guest experience. You will build and coach a high-performing team, oversee hiring and training, and drive operational excellence.

The role calls for 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility, plus a 50-hour work week and a willingness to lead by example. A strong business mindset and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 80% of shift time.
• Competitive spirit and passion for excellence.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides customers great food and a friendly experience.
• Find, hire and develop employees; conduct new hire orientation and execute the training plan.
• Schedule and deploy the team; address performance issues; assist in resolving customer issues; manage restaurant budget and financial plans.
