Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a dynamic team, recruit and train crew, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will set high standards, guide promotions, and empower your team to build successful careers while maintaining a fun, inclusive culture.

You’ll manage scheduling, training, and performance, drive profitability, monitor budgets, and stay ahead of competitors with strong digital presence and loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal.
• Experience with recruiting and developing teams.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for Team Members and Shift Leads.
• Develop a comprehensive training plan and oversee training initiatives.
• Recognize and reward outstanding performance, fostering equity and belonging.
• Address and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
• Engage with customers and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule staff to optimize service and coach on CHAMPS standards.
• Analyze financial performance, manage the budget, and drive profitability.
• Monitor competitors and enhance digital presence and loyalty programs.
