Job summary

Zaxby's Georgia location is seeking a General Manager to guide daily restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and lead a high‑performing team dedicated to excellence.

You will oversee staffing, training, safety, cost control, inventory, scheduling, and sales growth, while upholding Zax LLC standards, policies, and a culture that motivates staff to deliver outstanding experiences. You will report to the franchise owner and contribute to community outreach.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and the ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of background check and motor vehicle report.
• Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• Required minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent and some college preferred.
• 3-5 years management experience required.
