The role requires 3+ years in restaurant/retail, focus on hiring, training, and maintaining high performance.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience required.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Exempt management position; minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe certified.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
