Jack Brown's Beer & Burger Joint is seeking a highly motivated Restaurant General Manager for our Granby St. location in Norfolk.

This role oversees day-to-day operations, leads front-of-house and kitchen teams, and drives profitability through strong leadership and business acumen. You will manage customer service standards, hiring, training, and performance evaluations while implementing strategic plans to meet sales and financial targets.

Formación

• Proven GM experience in a restaurant.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Solid knowledge of restaurant operations (FOH/BOH).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Detail-oriented with high standards of cleanliness.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team, including hiring, training, and evaluations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet and exceed sales goals and financial targets.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service and resolving any customer issues or complaints.
• Oversee inventory levels, ordering and receiving supplies, and ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
• Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
• Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities to increase awareness and drive customer traffic.
