Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager with profit/loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by cash control, inventory, and labor management.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members and Managers.
• Coach and train employees for operational excellence.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean, guest-friendly restaurant with quality product.
