Qualifications

• 2-4 years of management experience in a quick service dining concept.
• Financial/Analytical aptitude including scheduling and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations of the Arby’s restaurant, including staffing, training, and ensuring service, quality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Regulatory compliance and achievement of financial and operational targets.
• Lead and develop a cohesive team to deliver superior customer experience and drive profits.
• Manage shifts, staffing levels, and daily restaurant performance.
