Chicken Salad Chick is hiring two experienced Restaurant General Managers to join our Tampa-area team.

Lead daily operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain food quality and safety, and build a culture of teamwork.

You will recruit, train, coach, and develop high‑performing teams, manage scheduling, labor costs, inventory, and drive sales growth with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant General Manager experience preferred.
• Proven experience managing restaurant operations and leading teams.
• Strong understanding of labor management, inventory, food costs, and profitability.
• Experience hiring, training, and developing employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest service, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop high‑performing restaurant teams.
• Manage scheduling, labor costs, inventory, and operational expenses.
