Job summary

Chicken Salad Chick is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead restaurant teams and guests through exceptional service and operational excellence. The role emphasizes developing future leaders, maintaining brand standards, and driving memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

The GM will manage administration, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and foster a culture of innovation and teamwork while achieving sales and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Working knowledge of back-office tools and ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Brand Ambassador for Chicken Salad Chick and uphold brand standards.
• Adhere to health, safety and labor regulations for restaurant; ensure guest satisfaction.
• Achieve objectives for sales, service, quality, cleanliness, and sanitation through staff training.
• Develop and implement restaurant marketing and promotional activities following Brand Standards.
• Create and follow operations and financial action plans; manage cash handling and reconciliations.
