Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and drive guest experience, profitability, and people development in Pell City, AL. You’ll oversee staffing, training, food safety, and financial results while maintaining brand standards and a positive work culture.

The position requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage through high-volume periods. Experience in quick-service settings is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Quick Service Restaurant management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• ServSafe Manager certification preferred.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Open availability during all hours the restaurant is open and during pre-opening/post-closing hours.

Responsibilities

• Talent management: recruit, interview, hire, train, coach, and develop Assistant Managers and Team Members.
• Food safety, quality, and quantity: maintain hygiene, proper procedures, and brand recipes.
• Guest satisfaction: train staff to deliver exceptional service and handle feedback.
• Operational excellence: keep a clean, safe environment and meet health and brand standards.
• Financial leadership: monitor reports, drive sales, and protect assets.
• Communication: cascade brand initiatives and maintain team updates.
• General duties: complete paperwork, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
