Job summary

Bueno is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant's daily operations, drive profitability, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This hands-on leader directs a management team, upholds brand standards, and fosters a positive, safe, and engaging work environment.

The GM role emphasizes team development, high standards of food safety, training, and operational compliance, with a focus on continuous improvement and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2 years' current experience in the Casual restaurant segment.
• Restaurant industry experience is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
• ServeSafe certification preferred (training may be provided).
