CRISP & GREEN® is seeking a General Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience, mentor the #CRISPCrew, and oversee FOH and BOH operations. You will be the face of the brand, drive team performance, and uphold standards across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management/supervisory experience.
• 5 years customer service experience.
• Passion for living a healthy life.
• Able to lift 50lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Full-time availability with a flexible schedule.
• Able to work at least 50 hours per week.
• Management experience in the restaurant industry.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong organizational skills.
