Job summary

CRISP & GREEN is seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day restaurant operations, mentor the CRISPCrew, and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced Denver environment.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing talent, coaching underperformers, maintaining food and service standards, managing labor, and driving sales through marketing initiatives while representing the brand.

Qualifications

• 3 years previous General Manager experience
• 5 years customer service experience
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Full-time availability with a flexible schedule
• Able to work at least 50 hours per week

Responsibilities

• In charge of day to day operations and management of restaurant
• Create and maintain a culture where teammates have the opportunity to learn and grow
• Recruit, interview, and hire the right talent for Crisp & Green
• Recognize and reward excellent performance
• Quickly improve or remove low performers through coaching and documentation
• Motivate, inspire, and challenge team to achieve and surpass company goals and standards
• Create an excellent guest experience through extreme attention to detail
• Connect and build relationships through resolving conflicts promptly and professionally
• Effectively communicate with restaurant team regarding changes to menu, policies, benefits, and more
• Control labor costs by writing and executing an effective schedule
• Understand how to grow restaurant sales through marketing tactics and promotional programs
• Live and represent the Crisp & Green brand daily
