Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience in casual dining.
• High School Diploma or GED; degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to withstand restaurant physical demands.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
