Charter Foods is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant team and deliver high-quality food and guest experiences. You will drive hiring, onboarding, and training programs, build strong customer service standards, and manage scheduling to optimize performance.

You will oversee budgetary planning and financial targets, mentor staff for growth, and communicate effectively with the team to maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Basic business math and accounting skills.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs for 80% of shift.
• Competitive spirit and passion for excellence.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and lead a strong team to deliver great food and hospitality.
• Hire, onboard, and train employees and implement the training plan for new hires.
• Schedule and deploy the team, address performance issues, and resolve customer issues.
