As RGM you will manage scheduling, training, and performance, oversee P&L, control costs, and maintain high standards across operations. You’ll stay competitive with local benchmarks, drive digital initiatives, and champion Taco Bell values

Qualifications

• 5 years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management and cash controls.
• Ensure all employees receive proper training and resources.
• Champion Taco Bell's culture, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
• Lead performance recognition and staff development.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, onboard, and orient top Team Members and Shift Leads.
• Develop training plans and mentor managers and trainers.
• Recognize outstanding performers and foster inclusion.
• Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive environment.
• Engage with customers and resolve issues to ensure a great experience.
• Schedule staff to optimize service and lead product rollout meetings.
• Analyze financial performance, manage the budget, and boost profitability.
